• Training Services: Optional training sessions for administrators, CDI experts, and clinical staff
• Data Migration: Costs associated with migrating historical data (if applicable)

Infrastructure and Technical Requirements

• Hardware Requirements: Customer-provided infrastructure meeting minimum specifications for hosting the DRGbyAI platform
• Network Requirements: Adequate bandwidth and network infrastructure for FHIR API communications
• SSL/TLS Certificates: Customer responsibility for obtaining and maintaining valid certificates for secure communications

Integration Costs

• EHR Integration Services: Professional services for integrating Prente with customer's Oracle Health EHR system
• API Access Fees: Any fees charged by the EHR vendor for API access and FHIR endpoint usage
• Custom Integration Development: Additional costs for non-standard integration requirements or customizations

Ongoing Subscription and Licensing

• Annual Subscription Fee: Recurring annual license fees based on usage volume or facility size
• User Licenses: Per-user licensing costs for CDI experts, managers, and administrative users
• Transaction Fees: Usage-based fees for AI-powered ICD coding analysis (if applicable)

Maintenance and Support

• Technical Support: Annual support and maintenance fees covering system updates, bug fixes, and technical assistance
